Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Misuse of "Soulcraft" Name
It has come to our attention that fraudulent entities are falsely using the registered brand name "Soulcraft" to dispatch parcels via courier services on a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis originating from spurious locations, primarily in Delhi.
Soulcraft is a corporate commercial supply partner based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, providing commercial furniture and wall finishes for commercial, hospitality, and corporate spaces. We do not operate any retail consumer operations, nor do we ever dispatch items on Cash-on-Delivery (COD).
We are actively pursuing stringent legal remedies and working closely with law enforcement and cybercrime authorities to trace and prosecute these perpetrators.
Protocol for Dispatched Packages- DO NOT PAY OR ACCEPT: Refuse any package claiming to be from "Soulcraft" requiring Cash-on-Delivery payment.
- REFUSE DELIVERY IMMEDIATELY: Inform the courier agent directly that you did not order the parcel and instruct them to return to sender.
